I'm applying on a home loan Will the loan company care about why we got kicked out if it wasn't for money?
Me and my husband got evicted because he was Manic and had three instances of getting into a fight with neighbors the last one resulted with the cops being called and him going into a mental hospital He is Bipolar . I am applying for a home loan, and the place we lived in doesn't like us obviously, but we didn't get kicked out because of nonpayment of rent, we payed that on time. I just don't trust this place.We didn't owe them any money, in fact we tried to fight them to get $80 back off of our deposite, they used our deposite to pay legal fees for the eviction but our depsite was more than the fees, so they just kept it cause they are crooks. We were looking for a place to move when we got evicted, Our lease was up a few months before that so we were on a month to month lease. The place was fine when we left it. My husband isn't going to be on the Loan, just me.

My credit is rated at poor, I made dumb mistakes when I turned 18. I maxed out a bunch of credit cards and didn't pay them back until I turned 18. My mistake is now catching up to me. I haven't applied for a Manufactured home loan yet. I purchased a manufactured home from a mobile home park for $28000 and paid it off within 1 year. I am moving to a different town and I want to buy a little nicer manufactured home, in the range of 30 40 grand. Would it better better to re finance our home loan?
bought home in 2007 for 135,000.Balance on mortgage 104,000.I had major surgery and have been out of work for 3 yrs going to college now...hubby has good credit...has been on same job for 12 yrs.our fixed rate is 5.7 our our payment is 622 not including insurance and taxes..It is extremely difficult to make this payment..Would it be wise to re fiance at this time.with the record low interest rates..We deal with Bank of America...Thanks in advance
